The sun is shining and we are all having a brilliant time at The Land Rover Burghley Horse Trials this week. Mary King is currently in fourth place in the Dressage with Apache Sauce and even with her busy schedule has popped along to the Joules stand to meet her fans! We wish Mary the best of luck over the next two days…

Unfortunately Zippy was up to his naughty tricks again at Winkburn.

He did a lovely dressage and one of the few clears showjumping, but then went and napped during the cross country between fences one and two… So frustrating, because he is so talented!

But Freddie was very good, did a smart dressage test, then just rolled one showjumping, and followed that up with a flawless clear inside the time cross country, and finished 6th… Such a good boy, considering it was his first novice with me.

They are both competing next at Pontispool in the JON, so fingers crossed all goes well and zips behaves himself!
