Must Have Autumn Knitwear

19th September 2016

The leaves are starting to turn and there’s a definite chill in the air. For us that means a fond farewell to lightweight summer dressing and a wooly welcome to well thought out layers.

We’d be lying if we said that the thought of getting all wrapped up and cosy isn’t appealing. We’re looking forward to saying hello again to evenings curled up on the sofa, brisk walks bundled up against the chill, bowls of soup and hot chocolate; welcome back autumn- we’ve missed you!

Here are the knits we’ll be wearing to welcome in the most golden of the seasons.

THE KNITTED PONCHO

Our favourite knitted poncho is back. In new season colours this heavier weight classic cable knit features a generous roll neck for keeping out draughts. A versatile knit that’s just as appealing for indoors as it is out.

THE ROLL NECK JUMPER

Oversized and in a flattering swing shape this roll neck jumper is going to be one that you turn to all season long. A lighter weight knit that can easily be layered under coats and jackets.

THE COLOUR BLOCK KNIT

The trend for bold colour blocking is showing no signs of going away, so we’ve added this eye-catching knit to our range. In contrasting colours to add interest and drop shoulders to create a relaxed silhouette.

THE OVER-SIZED JUMPER

The lurex thread that runs through this drop shoulder, Ottoman knit jumper gives it a little bit of extra sparkle. It’s easy to wear with a flattering curved hem and has a touch of cashmere for extra softness.

THE RELAXED SWEATSHIRT

A cross between a relaxed sweatshirt and a knit this is jumper that we think you’ll be spending quite some time in once the mercury takes a dip. With gold contrast zips to the shoulder for a contemporary look and feel.
