Ah Christmas. Is there anything more lovely than celebrating the run up to Christmas with a festive G&T? We don’t think so either and that’s why we asked our friends over at Warner’s Gin to give us a roundup of their favourite Christmas cocktails.
You’ll need:
50ml Rhubarb Gin
20ml lime juice
10ml sugar syrup
Ginger ale
Method
Build the Rhubarb Gin, lime and simple syrup over plenty of ice in your glass of choice (we recommend a highball glass).
Top up with Ginger Ale and stir gently.
Garnish with a lime.
You’ll need:
30ml Joules x Warner’s Apple and Pear Gin
15ml lemon juice
7.5ml honey syrup
sparkling wine
Method
Shake the gin, lemon and honey syrup with lots of ice and strain into a chilled flute glass. Top up with sparkling wine and garnish with a twist of lemon zest.
No honey syrup in the house? Just stir 2 parts honey into 1 part warm water until it creates a syrupy liquid.
You’ll need:
50ml non-alcoholic Pink Berry
15ml lime juice
2tsp raspberry jam
ginger ale
Method
Stir the jam into the pink berry and lime juice in the bottom of your shaker until it’s a smooth mixture. Add ice and shake well. Strain into your glass with ice and top up with ginger ale. Garnish with a sprig of sage.
Thanks to our friends at Warner’s Gin for sharing these delicious recipes with us.
