Christmas cocktails with Warner’s Gin

Cocktails Hero

Ah Christmas. Is there anything more lovely than celebrating the run up to Christmas with a festive G&T? We don’t think so either and that’s why we asked our friends over at Warner’s Gin to give us a roundup of their favourite Christmas cocktails.

Rhubarb and Ginger Ale Mule

You’ll need:

50ml Rhubarb Gin

20ml lime juice

10ml sugar syrup

Ginger ale

Method

Build the Rhubarb Gin, lime and simple syrup over plenty of ice in your glass of choice (we recommend a highball glass).

Top up with Ginger Ale and stir gently.

Garnish with a lime.

Not So French 75

You’ll need:

30ml Joules x Warner’s Apple and Pear Gin

15ml lemon juice

7.5ml honey syrup

sparkling wine

Method

Shake the gin, lemon and honey syrup with lots of ice and strain into a chilled flute glass. Top up with sparkling wine and garnish with a twist of lemon zest.

No honey syrup in the house? Just stir 2 parts honey into 1 part warm water until it creates a syrupy liquid.
