Honey and Cinnamon Biscuits with Hilltop Honey

Honey and Cinnamon Biscuits

Recipe time: 30 minutes. Makes 30 biscuits.
You’ll need:

100 g soft butter

100 g sugar

1 large tablespoon of honey

1 egg yolk

1 level teaspoon cinnamon

180 g self-raising flour

Step One

Beat the butter and sugar in a bowl with a wooden spoon until creamy.

Step Two

Next beat in the honey and the egg yolk.

Step Three

Add the cinnamon and flour, mix into soft dough.

Step Four

Take a teaspoon of dough and roll it into a ball. Then do the same to the other 29 cookies.

Step Five

Space out on a greased baking tray.

Step Six

Cook for 10 minutes at 175C.
