Joules At Wells Beach

20th July 2017

Between the expanse of sand that is Holkham Beach and Blakeney Point, lies the harbour town of Wells-next-the-Sea.

Named in the Domesday Book, the town (despite its name) is actually a mile inland nestling behind a bank of pines and a large saltmarsh reclaimed for agriculture by the Holkham Estate in the 1800s.

The beach there is a lively place and lines of bright beach huts can be seen (and so can a seal or three!) adding colour and life to an already vibrant place. But now Wells has just got a little more colourful thanks to our new pop-up shop.

If you’re heading to Wells this summer, our pop-up shop is well worth a visit – especially if you’ve forgotten to pack your flip flops.
