The Joules Editor’s pick of the week: The Wensley Scarf

Little did we know that back in 2011 that we had created a classic. Of course, we have high hopes for all of our products – but we had no idea that five years later the Wensley scarf would be flying off shelves (and out of our warehouse) quicker than you could say, well ‘Wensley’.
This soft, lightweight scarf comes in an abundance of eye-catching prints and is quite oversized. At 70cm x 200cm it can be wrapped, twisted, rolled or even worn as a shawl. And because it is so weightless, it can be worn at any time of year – throughout the warmer months it can be paired with a top to escape a mid-summer night’s breeze (or irritating air conditioning). It’s also perfect throughout the cooler months, styled as you would any other scarf in the winter.
One reason that sets this scarf apart though, is our prints – hand-drawn in house by our very talented Print Team – they lovingly adorned this must-have accessory. This season’s patterns range from foxes to florals and horses to hedgerows, with many more in between.
Over the seasons, we must have designed over 100 different Wensley scarves – many different patterns and prints have come and gone over the years, but one thing will always stay the same, the fabric, the shape and of course the name – the Wensley scarf is here to stay.
