      Hi Joan,
Unfortunately this is an online only competition. Could you submit your design in a local library or internet cafe?

Do you have to use your design software or can we use our own and upload a digital design?

Hi,I have been trying to enter your competition but I don’t seem to be able to!
Each time I try a message comes up saying ‘image could not be saved’. Any idea what I am doing wrong?
    Thanks, Sophie

I have two designs that I did on paper and I see that this is a “online only” but if my images are scanned in and emailed in why could they not be entered?
I feel that the colours and patterns are wonderful that are on offer in the app but not much original flavor,
    Sandy Duffield.

      Hi Sandy,

We’d love to see your entry but to make it fair to all entrants we do need everybody to use our design studio. The colours are all of our brand colours for the coming season!

      Thanks and good luck

Hi, I’d love to enter this competition as I have a few ideas that, with discussion with friends think are amazing for your up coming season- however, it seems when you click onto ‘click to design’ the page will not load at all. I’ve tried to do so on my ipad, iphone, college computers, college mac’s and laptop at home- but to no avail the page still wont load 🙁

Hi Joules. Just to let you know your T&C are wrong. In the ‘Contacting the Winners’ section, it says…

Joules will make reasonable efforts to notify the winner(s) of the Prize and the Runners-Up Prizes using the phone number provided on the completed entry no later than 15 January 2015.

    That should be January 2016.

Hi, I’d love to enter this today. In the Terms and Conditions section it says we have until 23.59pm on the 4th of Dec to enter. However when I look online this morning it says the competition is closed?

Please advise if we can enter submit entries via email today?

Hi – I entered the design a wellie competition (twice). I presume I haven’t won a prize but I would like to see the results and the winning design – can’t seem to find any information on the net. Have the winner and runners-up been chosen? Where can I find the results, please?
