There’s nothing quite like the fresh crispness of the first days of autumn. September marks the beginning of a new season and the arrival of red leaves, golden afternoons and (hopefully) lots of blackberries along the hedgerows! Now, who’s ready for a challenge?
We’ve always believed that getting outdoors is one of the best ways to improve your mood, your wellbeing and your connection with nature as well as the people around you, so this year we’ve set ourselves a challenge. Every month, we put together a list of ideas for making the most of the outdoors. Simply print off the calendar below for this month’s list and cross things out when you’ve done them. Don’t forget to share how you’re doing with us with #JoulesAnswerTheOutdoors!
Let’s get cracking…

10.01.2021 at 09:26Couldn’t agree more! With recent restrictions and challenging months… What better way to de-stress than a leisurely stroll in nature to nurture the soul!.. I shall certainly be venturing outdoors by by local lake.. Whatever the weather brings.. In my recent sale purchase of a right as rain Loxley showerproof jacket and matching scarf!! Then for some comforting soup.. Thanks for your inspiration Joules! x

01.03.2021 at 10:34I purchased my pink waterproof coat in the Autumn, it’s been amazing keeping me properly dry and allowing me to walk no matter the weather. I’ve a gilet to keep extra warm, and now the sun is shining I can walk in that. Found some beautiful new walks and the birds supply the music.
Thank you Joules, with my Wellibobs too for the muddy bits.
