We’re not horsing around when we say country shows are in our DNA. In fact, it was at a country show in Leicestershire over 30 years ago that our founder Tom Joule set up shop (or tent, as a matter of fact) to sell the first ever collection of Joules clothing and footwear. In 1991, the first Joules stand was set up at the prestigious and historic Burghley Horse Trials, and we’re proud to say we’ve had a stand there every running year since.

Now that country shows are back in full swing, we couldn’t be happier to have a calendar overflowing with events. Take a leisurely scroll through our 2023 Country Shows Guide, where you’ll find out where you can find us this year and what to expect while you’re there.

2023 Shows

BADMINTON HORSE TRIALS 4^th-8^th MAY

Where: Badminton, Gloucestershire
Look out for:
Our special Street Party Table at the Joules stand, where you can snap a photo to celebrate the new King and capture an unforgettable moment at Badminton.

ROYAL WINDSOR HORSE SHOW 11^th-14^th MAY

Where: Windsor, Berkshire
Look out for:
Vintage trade vehicles in action on Saturday 13^th. Interestingly, this is one of the only classes where donkeys are also eligible to compete!

BRAMHAM HORSE TRIALS 8^th-11^th JUNE

Where: Leeds, Yorkshire
Look out for:
The Official Bramham Collection, designed by Joules
Luxury glamping tents on the site of the famous Leeds Festival.

ROYAL HIGHLAND SHOW 22^nd-25^th JUNE

Where: Edinburgh, Scotland
Look out for:
 The Golden Shears World Championships return to the Royal Highland Show in 2023 after 20 years!

GREAT YORKSHIRE SHOW 11^th-14^th JULY

Where: Harrogate, Yorkshire
Look out for:
A huge list of celebrated local chefs appearing at the show, so be sure to catch a demonstration in the Great Yorkshire Food Theatre.

ROYAL WELSH SHOW 23^rd-27^th JULY
Where: Builth Wells, Wales
Look out for:
The Paul Hannam Quad Bike Stunt Show is a spectacle not to be missed, with an interactive stand where you can get a closer look at the bikes, meet the riders and get a photo.
 

THE GAME FAIR 28^th-29^th JULY
Where: Ragley Hall, Warwickshire
Find an incredible array of fine art, furniture, jewellery and antiques at the LAPADA Pavillion

BLAIR HORSE TRIALS 24^th-27^th AUGUST
Where: Blair Atholl, Scotland
Look out for:
The Official Blair Collection, designed by Joules.
 

BURGHLEY HORSE TRIALS 1^st-3^rd SEPTEMBER
Where: Stamford, Lincolnshire
Look out for:
