Party season is upon us, and there’s nothing that quite gets us all into the spirit more than a winter cocktail to warm your cockles. Here are three recipes from our friends at Warner’s, including one featuring our special Joules x Warner’s Apple & Pear Gin. Bottoms up!
For each glass…
50ml Joules x Warner’s Apple & Pear Gin
20ml Lemon juice
10ml Honey
10ml Fino Sherry
1 Cinnamon Stick
1 Pear, sliced
Shake the Apple & Pear Gin, lemon juice, honey and sherry in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Pour into a highball glass over ice, top with Aspall Cider and garnish with a cinnamon stick & a slice of pear.
60ml Warner’s Christmas Cake Gin
30ml Crème de cacao
60ml of fresh single cream
Ground nutmeg
Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice, when shaken up, strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a sprinkle of nutmeg.
50ml Warner’s Raspberry Gin
15ml Dry Vermouth
15ml Lemon Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
Egg white (optional)
Raspberries for garnish
Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker and give it a good shake without ice. Then fill your shaker with ice and shake well (approximately 10 seconds). Double strain into a coupette glass and garnish with a fresh raspberry.
